  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country.

  • One of the first things to consider when delving into international shipping is that it will be expensive when dispatched from the US. The cost of shipping products overseas can vary significantly based on the destination and the order's weight - therefore we price our international shipping at a flat rate of $19USD.

Reshipment Policy

Each customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including:

  • Street address

  • Apartment/suite number (if applicable)

  • City, State/Province, Zip code

If incorrect or incomplete details are provided, or the package is unclaimed, reshipment will be required at the customer’s expense.

Delivery Guarantee

Our shipping guarantee period is 50 days. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
