Refund policy

At BrowCo, your satisfaction matters to us. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at help@veliniwear.com. We will provide you with the correct return address and assist you through the process.


Refunds & Replacements

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense. You may choose a replacement or a full refund.

To submit a claim, please email us at help@veliniwear.com with:

  1. A brief explanation of the issue.

  2. A clear photo of the defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Once reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

  • Approved replacements will be shipped within 3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.


Exemptions (Non-Refundable / Non-Replaceable Orders)

We cannot provide refunds, replacements, or credits in the following cases:

  • Wrong Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or insufficient, the order may be returned. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

  • Unclaimed Packages: Orders that go unclaimed and are returned will require reshipment at your expense.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not refund orders due to a change of mind. If you wish to return or exchange an item, this will be at your own expense and discretion.

  • Rejected by Customs: If an order is refused or rejected by customs, no refund will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s import rules and any associated fees.

  • Prepared but Not Shipped: If an order has already been prepared by our fulfillment team, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if it has not yet shipped.

  • Product Discontinuation or Out-of-Stock: We do not provide compensation for discontinued or long out-of-stock products.

  • FedEx Delivery Issues: If FedEx is unable to deliver (due to incorrect address, missing phone number, refusal to pay duties, etc.), the shipment may be abandoned or destroyed. In such cases, we cannot issue a refund, replacement, or reshipment.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Contact your credit card company, as posting times vary.

  2. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before refunds are posted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. However, it is your responsibility to accept delivery first. Failure to accept delivery does not constitute a valid cancellation and may result in loss of your right to a refund.
